7:45am     Meet at Elmer Thienes Community Room parking lot.

8:00 sharp   Buses leave.

11:00        Stop for lunch. (Bring or buy your own.)

1:00pm      Arrive at Independence National Historic Park, Philadelphia, PA.

1:00-4:15  Free time to see:

·        Liberty Bell

·        Independence Hall

·        Visitors’ Center (Historic orientation film)

·        Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia (Lobby has fun displays of money & hands-on exhibits)

4:15          Meet at buses.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

ANYONE PLANNING ON DRIVING instead of taking the buses with us MUST:

1. Let John Wood know right away.
2. Get a parking pass from John Wood.
3. Be at the Camden City Parking Authority Garage designated for Battleship Encampments, Camden, NJ at 5:00 pm Saturday, May 14^th.
4. Meet us and board ship together.

The parking garage closes at 6:00 and the Battleship will not allow any arrivals after 6:00 pm.

Parking cost will be $10.
